Rachmadita Andreswari is a PhD candidate at the Chair of Process Management and Information Systems in the Department of Computer Science at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Germany, funded by the Elsa Neumann Scholarship. Her research focuses on integrating fairness into process mining algorithms, with interests in business process modeling, process mining, and educational technology.

Rachmadita has published on process mining applications in areas such as education and production planning, contributing to understanding fairness and conformance in online education. She is also a lecturer at Telkom University, Indonesia, where she has served as the Head of the Information Systems Department and contributed to curriculum development and international accreditation efforts.

Rachmadita holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Indonesia, where her thesis examined process mining in production and material management. She has experience in telecommunications and IT services from roles in organizations such as PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia and PT Senandika Tekno Nusantara.
