Information about the new Locking system
The Institute of Computer Science operates an electronic access system.
- Lecturers wishing to use the key locker at ESZ: Application form (login required)
- Students: Access to the public pc pools and student council facilities (H3F1): Application form (login required)
- Employees and Visiting Researchers: Chair secretariat or responsible employee sends an e-mail with name, account and possibly card number to keycards.informatik@hu-berlin.de .
Pre-conditions
- Activated account at the Institute for Computer Science
- Applicants legitimize themselves with their identity card or passport
- access card usage regulations must be read and accepted.
- Students must be enrolled in a degree program at the Institute of Computer Science.
Access Cards from other departments
A Campuscard and Access cards issued by the Department of Mathematics may also be used at the Department of Computer Science.
Access cards issued by other departments of HUB cannot be used at the Department of Computer Science.
Lost Access Cards
If a card is lost or gets stolen please inform the "Rechnebetriebsgruppe" immediately. Please use this form or write an email to keycards.informatik@hu-berlin.de .
