Saimir Bala
Saimir Bala is a research associate at the Chair of Process Management and Information Systems at the Department of Computer Science at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Germany. He holds a PhD in Economics and Social Sciences from the Institute for Data, Process and Knowledge Management at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), Austria. Saimir's PhD thesis investigated on ways to bridge the fields of Process Mining and Software Engineering, in order to provide data-driven analysis techniques for the process of software development. His research interests include various topics on BPM area, Software Engineering, Process Mining, and Text Mining. Saimir holds a BSc and a MSc in Distributed Systems from Sapienza University of Rome.
